When you go out of the arrival gate on the second floor, please go down to the first floor.
You can find the Information Counter for Car Rental on the first floor of the building.
Please show your confirmation letter which we send to the staff there.
Then, the staff will give you some guidance to our courtesy bus stop.
Please take our courtesy bus to get our branch (TOYOTA Rent a Car SAPPORO POPLAR branch).
* The staff at the Information Counter IS NOT TOYOTA staff, they are handling all transport.
