The reception desk of TOYOTA Rent a Car locates on the 1st floor in the Center Building of the airport. Since arrival gates locate in a different building ( Main Building ), please visit our counter as the following way.
* Pedestrian cannot cross bus - taxi road way.
* TOYOTA Rent a Car has 2 counters. Please visit the left one.

In New Chitose Airport, it's very complicated way from the arrival gates to rental car counters. Not to get lost, please follow the way showed with pictures as below.
[How to get to TOYOTA Rent a Car counter from the arrival gates]
 [ANA user] International Arrival Go out from the arrival gate and turn left. You'll see an escalator on your right hand. >> Go to [2] |
 [JAL user] Go out from the arrival gate and turn right. Go straight and an escalator is on your left hand. >> Go to [2] |
 Go up to the 2nd floor by the escalator. Then you'll see airline counters on your left and a hall with a big screen on your right. There's another escalator in the hall. Go downstairs by it. |
 When you go down to the 1st floor, counters of car rental companies are on your front. You'll find 2 counters of TOYOTA Rent a Car. POPURA counter is the left one. |
 Tell us your reservation name. We make a photocopy of your international driver's license and give you a file. |
 Our staff will take you to the shuttle bus bound for our office, POPURA branch. |

 It takes about 5 minutes from New Chitose Airport to POPURA branch by our shuttle bus. Give the file that you receive at the airport to our staff at the office. |
