The Domestic terminal and the International terminal are separated in New Chitose airport, and the Reception desk is located in each terminal.
Please make sure of the location.

[For customers arriving at Domestic Terminal]
Due to construction of New Chitose Airport building, Rent-a-car counter will move.
When you arrive at New Chitpose Airport, please visit TOYOTA Rent a Car POPLAR counter.
It locates in front of JAL arrival gate B on the 1st floor in the main building until 5th July 2011.
From 6th July 2011, the counter will be next to JAL arrival gate A.
