TOYOTA Rent a Car SAPPORO offer special discount for our company's member.
Member's Number
We provide our company's membership number to all customers who reserved through this English website and have rented cars from one of our branch.
*If you lose this member’s number, member’s discount cannot be applied. Neither can you earn the mileage. Please make sure to keep it.
*When you forget your member’s number…
Please contact us via Email. We will inform it again to your Email address you registered at the time of reservation. If the Email address is no longer used, please let us know your name, the Email address you registered at the time of reservation and your current Email address. When we identify you, we will inform it to your current address.
*If a member's account remains inactive at zero mileage for a consecutive 36－month period, we will withdraw or cancel the membership of such member.
Member's Discount
We have member’s discount service so that we can offer good rates to loyal customers. From the next reservation, please input your member’s number on reservation form. You can have even 5 more percent discount from Internet discount rate on our English website. In addition, you can get 10 percent discount when you become a Gold member.
*Unless you input your member’s number on reservation form, member’s discount is not applied. Please make sure to input it.
*Member’s discount is applied only for TOYOTA Rent a Car Sapporo English Internet rates. It is not applied for the reservation through other method (Japanese website, telephone, travel agents etc) or the reservation for other cities (TOYOTA Rent a Car Hakodate, Asahikawa, Kushiro, Tokyo, Osaka or other places than Sapporo).
*Member’s discount is applied only for car rental rates. It is not applied for fuel, Optional charge (one way, child car seat, ski rack etc), Non Operation Charge or other penalty fine.
Mileage
You will receive 1 mile for every 10yen spent on car rental. You can redeem 10,000 miles for rental payment (equivalent to 5,000yen). Mileage (corresponding to rental price) is automatically credited to members after car return. No special procedure is required. When you would like to check your current mileage, please contact us with your member’s number via Email.
*When you redeem mileage (10,000 mile), you need to spend 20,000 yen or more for car rental.
*The expiration date of the mileage is 3 years from the rental departure date. After the expiration date, the mileage in the member's account will expire.
*Mileage is not credited for the fee spent on fuel, Optional charge (one way, child car seat, ski rack etc), Non Operation Charge or other penalty fine.
*You will earn the mileage only when you make a reservation at TOYOTA Rent a Car Sapporo English website. Mileage is not credited for the reservation through other method (Japanese website, telephone, travel agents etc) or for the reservation for other cities (TOYOTA Rent a Car Hakodate, Asahikawa, Kushiro, Tokyo, Osaka or other places than Sapporo).
*The pooling, combining, or transferring of the mileage between Members is not permitted.
Gold Member
You will become a Gold member once you earn 10,000 mile. We offer to a Gold member 10% discount from Internet discount rate on our English website.
Important Notice
- For all inquiries about Customer Loyalty Support Program, please contact us via Email or telephone. We cannot answer about CLSP questions at our office.
- In case you cancel the reservation, member’s number informed in this Email will be invalid. Member’s discount is not applied when you input the invalid number.
- If a member engages or attempts to engage in the conduct not permitted under TOYOTA Rent a Car Terms and Conditions or other rules, or which TOYOTA Rent a Car judges to harm the Member's trust with TOYOTA Rent a Car, we may immediately terminate membership.
- The contents of these CLSP might be changed without any notice.
